Joy was able to deal with my highly anxious dog with ease. She adjusted to him quite quickly. He responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. I would use Joy again as a dog sitter as Daisy appears to have bonded with him.
Joy is awesome! He got along so well with our two rescue pups, and we really appreciated his adherence to routine and comfort for them. He is as responsive as you would like, which is great for all types of pet parents. He will send more or less photos and adapt to your communication style and needs. Our puppies were healthy and happy when we got home, and our house looked great. He even gave our anthurium an ice cube every day! Thanks, Joy!
Since this was Joy's first time sitting for us, he scheduled time before our trip to come by and meet our dogs so he could get to know them and find out about their routine. We greatly appreciated the time he took to discuss their eating and walking habits so they would feel comfortable while we were away. Though we were only gone two days, Joy provided updates to let us know that all was well at home. You could really tell that he cared about our pets safety and ensuring that they had everything they needed. Joy is a great sitter and we would definitely entrust him to sit our dogs in the future!
Joy was absolutely perfect with all of our animals. He even re-potted a cactus that one of the cats decided to bat out of the soil. Gozer takes a little bit to warm up to some people but with him they were fast friends. Joy will already be coming back to stay with our pets again this week. Super nice guy. Very attentive to detail. Highly recommend.
