It was such a joy to meet Joy! I left my Gotti knowing he was in good hands. Joy kept me up to date with his happenings through messages, pictures, and videos which put my mind at ease. I could also see Gotti felt safe, loved, and cared for. I will contact Joy again to schedule a stay for Gotti.
Joy is very sweet and took excellent care of our staffordshire terrier, Luca, with regular updates sent while we were away. Most importantly, we made last minute plans for travel and she was very accommodating.
