Pet care experience
I’ve always had a dog around ever since I can remember so furry friends around comes naturally to me. I've had everything from a pet snail to a horse, being with animals brings me great joy, and dogs are certainly my favorite. I've grown up with a fair amount of Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and Shih-Tzus; so no dog is too big or too small :) I come from a family of animal lovers with our very own doggie daycare and rescue back home, where I worked as a trainer, learned to administer medications, provide first aid and CPR, and care for dogs with various needs. I have experience both professionally and personally in caring for dogs, and I understand the importance of attentiveness and care at all times. Having been both the pet parent and pet carer, I know what to expect and how to provide safe, happy, reassuring pet care. I believe in diligent care and treating pets with consideration for their wants, dislikes, and needs, just as their parents would. I offer services in drop-ins and dog-walking. I’m available to answer any questions and would love to be of assistance to you and your furry floof!

My dog seemed much happier than when she went to a kennel.
Joy looked after our little Louis twice now and the second time for 2 weeks in complete peace of mind for us. Joy is an amazing dog sitter, very loving, caring and attentive with dogs. Louis was so happy to see her and came back healthy and happy to be home. I will definitely contact Joy again in the future! Thank you Joy again for looking after Louis so well :)
I was so nervous to leave my little dog for the first time in 10 years, but Joy made me feel really comfortable and confident that we were choosing the right person to attend to all of Drica’s needs. She sent pictures throughout the day, gave her correct medication, provided a safe environment and gave lots of love. The main result of this was a very happy and healthy dog who seemed to have an amazing vacation. Thank you so much, Joy!
So I had a little emergency situation, where is had to go to accident and emergency. I was in a blind panic as I have never left fifi with anyone before, let alone a total stranger; so I was apprehensive about using this site. I scanned across so many profiles, but kept coming back to joys. She seemed a warm person and she had taken the time to write a brilliant introduction about herself. Her responses to my enquiries was quick and caring. On arrival my fifi took to joy straight away and even though I was in a panic and not able to give much info about fifi routine, joy took the important bits and was very reassuring. Joy sent my regular pics and updates. And I can tell fifi had the time of her life as she fell straight to sleep when she got home and is still curled up in a ball next to me :) I’m am definitely going to use joy’s services next time as I will have an op coming up and a holiday. I feel more confident the my bubba is going to be in safe hands Thank you so much joy xxxx

A typical day
Going to the park playing fetch, chasing a laser pointer, and tug of war are always a pet favorites :) Having them look for a hidden treat or solve a treat puzzle is another way to stimulate some thinking or fetch to get all their energy out.
