I have cared for dogs my whole life. I train all my own dogs to leash walk, all the basic commands and manners. My present dog is a very nervous rescue. With clear, consistate traning he has improved greatly. He has some ways to on some issues and I’m always reachering new techniques to help him. I also started helping a neighbor with her over excited dog on becoming a calmer dog. I’ve found the more excited the dog is the calmer I am and am able to help her calm down quicker every time I see her. Activity is key to getting even a calm dog through a long day without their family at home. My favorite quote is: A tired dog is a happy dog!
