Joy was the first person other than family to watch our babies, so we were a bit worried about leaving them at first, but Joy soon put us at ease! We have two Great Danes and a horse, so not everyone can handle looking after our pets, but Joy seemed to genuinely enjoy her time with them. Everyone liked Joy right away at the first meeting, and we knew they would be in good hands. Even our younger pup, who can be wary of strangers, warmed right up to her. While we were away, Joy was an excellent communicator and sent constant updates and photos, so we never had to worry how everyone was doing. We highly recommend Joy as a top-notch pet sitter who goes above and beyond!
