Pet care experience
Hi, I’m Joy! I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, horses, and more since I was about 6. I’ve volunteered at rescues, worked on farms, and been trusted by friends and family to take care of their pets. I have experience with reactive and fearful animals as well as seniors with special needs.

Joy did a great job watching our pets while we were out of town. It takes then time to warm up to new people but they were great friends by the end of the first day. I appreciated the updates that I got while away.
Joy was great with my dog and accommodating for me and my wife’s last minute reservation. The videos and pictures she would send made us so happy because of how happy our dog looked.
Joy has been amazing taking care of our fur babies while we were out of town for the holidays!
Joy was wonderful with my 2 dogs. I have two small dogs that need a lot of attention. Joy took care of our dogs while we were on vacation for 2 week. I think they wanted her as a dog mom over me. lol I would recommend Joy to any family needing pet care.

A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs mentally and physically. I always mix in obedience and impulse control while taking care of dogs, especially on outings. My dog and I frequent Keizer rapids and Willamette Mission State Park. Safety and fulfillment is always my top priority.

I work from home training dogs so I’m free all week! Boarding dogs come with me on longer outings so they aren’t crated all day but may be crated up to 2-3 hours at a time.
