I was very relieved with Jovon was able to take Max last minute and he took care of Max like he was his own. They gave me daily updates on how Max was doing, giving me peace of mind. Max seemed to really enjoy being around Jovon and his family, and they were kind to give me a report on how max did for the days he stayed with them! I definitely will be using them again, and recommend anyone to hire them if they need someone to look after their pup!
Jovon responded quickly when booking and sent daily pictures of my dog. When we picked her up at the end of the stay, she melt very bad and so did all of the things we sent her with. We had to immediately bathe her and wash her things as soon as we got home.
Although they sent pictures (wife and individual) working Rover). The entire time they watch my dog. Very Difficult to get in contact with. No working phone number within app. Coordination in app was bad. Have never had an issue with Rover, Sat in my car for almost 20 mins…. Because there was no working phone number, causing me to be close to being late for work. Will not be using them again. It’s unprofessional.
