Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Josie and I am a professional dog Walker in my early 30’s. I have always loved animals.. especially dogs!! I have over 5 years experience in dog walking and sitting and have also spent 6 months volunteering at an animal refuge walking and looking after a range of dogs. My other love is exercise and the outdoors. Therefore dog walking is my favourite way to spend my time :) I live in a dog friendly house with a contained roof garden that is a 5 minute walk away from Peckham Rye Park. I have recently relocated to London from Bristol and looking forward to building my business here with some special regulars like I did in Bristol! Josie was absolutely fantastic with our Jack Russell, Juno, for the day. She is so caring and without a doubt an expert and professional dog walker and sitter. We felt completely safe leaving Juno with her and received multiple lots of pictures of him having a great day! Will definitely be using Josie again in the future. Thank you again!
Josie looked after Fred our golden Labrador from a small pup. He was ~5 months when he first went to see her. We were nervous to start with, as you are when they are so little, but it was clear that he had a wonderful time with Josie & his pack of friends. Fred spent a day with Josie once a week for over 18 months & quite often had overnight stays & 'mini-breaks' at Josie's house. We were constantly reassured & happy to see all the lovely photos & videos of Fred & friends playing & chilling out together. We credit Josie for turning Fred into the well socialised dog that he is today. He loves meeting dogs out on walks & we are never worried about his interactions. The regular & varied time spent with other dogs at Josie's really benefited him as a puppy. We will all miss her terribly and we can't recommend her highly enough!

I live in a dog friendly house between Peckham Rye Park and Nunhead Cemetery. I have a contained roof garden and spacious living area which is perfect for playing/cuddling pooches! However I like to spend most of my time out in the beautiful green spaces I am lucky enough to live so close too.

I love to know as much as possible about your special dog beforehand to ensure they have to best time possible, therefore a meet and greet is essential to ensure we are are a good fit for you, your beloved dog and me. There we can chat about your dogs needs and likes/dislikes.
A typical day
I do up to 4 walks a day, depending on my doggos needs that day. The rest of the day spent cuddling the pooches :) A tired dog is a happy dog, therefore plenty of mental and physical stimulation through walks, play and of course cuddles is essential.
