Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of many types of dogs since I was a child. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and take care of their pets while they are away. I mostly specialize in taking care of big and high energy dogs. I have a husky named Nila and maremma sheep dog named Atlas. I have done long term stays for friends who have been deployed. I offer a discounted rate for extended stays.

I was so thankful to have found Josie to look after my dogs. They are my “babies” and she truly treats them like family! She sends me updates on them often and gives them a lot of time and attention while we are away. It is relieving to know we have someone to look after our fur kids that really cares about them. We always know that they are happy and healthy with their second family :)
Josie (and Mason) is responsive and great with communication. They are Flexible and willing to make adjustments to meet dogs needs. Our dog is a lower energy breed and they were able to accommodate his care with their pups. It was a great stay for our guy! We highly recommend Josie and Mason!
Josie watched my German Shepard for a week during Christmas time and took such good care of him! She was amazing and sent me pictures every day and when I got my dog back he was happy and healthy. Normally my dog doesn’t eat much when he’s with a sitter but he felt comfortable enough with Josie and her pup. I would bring my dog back to her any day!
I had a short notice deployment and needed a place for my dog. Josie and her husband were happy to help me and watched my dog for 6 months and when i came back he was happy and honestly healthier than when i left. The cost was incredibly fair as well. My dog has some anxiety issues but they handled them in stride and made sure he was comfortable and well taken care of.

I have a fenced in yard and two dogs to keep yours company while you are away. We allow our dogs to sleep in our bed and be on furniture. I have an extra kennel and can kennel your dog if needed.

A typical day
We have a nice sized fenced in yard and two dogs to play with. We will work on stimulating your dog both mentally and physically. We have a nice neighborhood that is perfect for walks.

Availability
I am currently working full time, but our typical day starts off with a morning walk, breakfast, then I go to work. When I get home from work we either run or walk our dogs depending on the weather. I am home all weekend.
