Pet care experience
I have been taking care of dogs my whole life. I have had two yellow labs, one previously and one at this time, and have pet sat for many people. Dogs are such a joy to my life, which is why I would love to make this job a part of it as well. I think of myself as a proficient dog walker and always ensure the dog is having just as much fun as I am. My experience with dogs has varied from small to large canines of various ages, so I am comfortable with any size and age of dog. Me being a dog owner myself, I see where others come from when they have to leave their best friend alone. My goal is to make sure your dog feels happy and healthy throughout the whole day!

My family and I go out of town a lot. We have four dogs and three cats and somehow josh manages to care for all of them by himself. Josh has been in my life for almost two years and I know I can rely on him to take care of our animals even if it’s just stopping by while we’re all at work to take them on walks. What’s even crazier is I don’t pay him to do any of this he does it out of all the love and care he has for animals. I would highly reccomend him to pet sit or walk anyone’s dogs not because josh is apart of my life but because he is one of the most hard working, reliable, responsible people I know who happens to love every and all dogs.
Joshua is a very responsible, mature, and caring young man. He has been my pet sitter several times and always does a terrific job. He is very passionate about his love for animals. My four-legged babies are my children and I trust him with them unconditionally. I give him the highest recommendation.

The only things I would like to know is what the owner knows. If there is a toy they like, a place they enjoy sleeping, a path they enjoy walking on, if there are actions that make them anxious or aggressive, or anything of that nature. As of breed preferences, I have none. I have taken care of a wide variety of dogs, and I have yet to meet one that I am unable to handle.
A typical day
I am happy to take a dog wherever there is to go on a walk. Whether that be through the woods on a hike, around the block in a neighborhood, or down the sidewalk on a road, I will always be excited to walk a dog. As for activities, I will do whatever the dog is interested in. If the canine enjoys throwing a ball or pulling against me on a rope, I will happily oblige to their wishes. If they enjoy a lot of human companionship, then I am in no way against sleeping with the dog next to me if it is a means of making them feel safe and secure.
