Pet care experience
Extensive dog care and exercise experience. Worked with rescue agencies in fostering dogs, worked at the PetSmart PetsHotel for 6 years providing for dogs in boarding and doggie day camp, and have owned dogs for all of my life. My experience spans all breeds, ages, and temperaments and I've been exemplary in both normal care and emergency situations. Your dog will be safe and happy and you'll be at ease from the moment I meet your fur baby! I've also been an athlete all of my life and can handle any needs in the walking department, with lots of patience and energy to handle both ends of the spectrum. Working at PetSmart provided me with a consistent habit of paying great attention to every dog's behavior and being able to fully report on their moods, physical signs, and bathroom habits.

Joshua was great! He took care of our dog, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, for 3 1/2 days while we were out of town. We had no problems. He checked in at leadg once a day. Most of all he was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend.
Joshua was GREAT! I received updates with photos regularly. He was able to handle both of my dogs, which is no easy feat (rambunctious 90 lbs each). The day after we returned he stopped by to drop off the keys, and both dogs were ecstatic to see him, which showed they were equally pleased with him. Will definitely use Joshua in the future.
Josh was a fantastic sitter! Cookie is a dog with some behavioral issues that sometimes make it hard to find a good match. She clicked with Josh right away though, and they had a good peaceful weekend.
Joshua is fantastic! He is a true professional, responded quickly, did a no fuss meet and greet, told us all about himself, asked appropriate questions. The week he provided sitting for us, we felt comfortable and assured that the furries were well looked after. We received texts and photos without having to ask. I've worked with every major breed there is, and every age and physical ability range; from handfuls to those that weigh almost as much as I do, I'm ready to love them all! Unique tendencies like toy or leash aggression are important pre-stay or pre-walk info, but I've also dealt with the whole spectrum of individual personalities so no worries about handling any possible issue.
A typical day
Walks can be anywhere around your neighborhood! I'm willing to go as far as you think they need for full exercise and stimulation. Every dog is different, but I will work to ensure that their physical and mental quotas are met and that you are returned a happy, relaxed dog. Stays will include as much play as they can dish out and plenty of love! I don't have a dog of my own at the moment so I relish the chance to spoil yours. I can also work through basic training functions and make sure all of the house rules are firmly in place.
