I was not happy with my experience with Joshua and him having my dog in his care. He was very unprofessional. If I didn't reach out the night before he would have missed the pickup of my dog at my house which would have made me miss my flight. When he showed up for pickup he was in a car, with the back seat full and no kennel in sight. My dog always transports in a kennel and he was insecure in his front seat. I also didn't get any update pictures or text messages the entire weekend, and he is known for sleeping in. So beware if you need your dog/animals on a strict schedule. My dog also came back sick. He had my dog out in his front yard with no leash after I repeatedly told him he chases after squirrels. His backyard is mostly dirt with trash on the ground, and a fence that is not secure.
Josh was very attentive with Santiago! His communication was great. I love that he would send updates and pictures. I’m very grateful to have him care for my puppy!
Joshua came to the rescue when I was out of town and Tugboat wasn’t meshing well at another location. He sent me updates and photos which was super appreciated. I would recommend him to anyone
Joshua was fantastic with my 90lb puppy who has lots of energy! He came for a drop-in visit and took him on a nice walk to help burn off some energy. He handled him confidently, gave him plenty of attention, and sent great updates with photos. My dog looked so happy and relaxed afterward! I really appreciate how caring and professional Joshua was—would definitely book again!
