Pet care experience
Body language is everything, this is the same for dogs as it is humans. My work experience is in human behavior so I know a lot about the visual aspect of communication. I use this anytime I'm around a dog! I can tell immediately what action to take when I meet a dog to best serve them and meet their needs. Dogs have honestly changed my life. I got my little man, Rusko, 6 years ago and he can lit up my world. I make it my #1 goal in life to best serve him, I will give your dog the same level or respect and love. I give you my word! I am also an ultrarunner so I have all the energy in the world to play with them!

Joshua came over for the initial meet and greet and our dog Olive loved him immediately! I felt comfortable with him, too, and she seems like she had a great stay with Joshua. I also got some wonderful picture updates while I was gone. Joshua is professional, friendly, flexible, easy to communicate with, and totally a dog person. I love any and all dogs. This includes any breed or size. Regardless of their personality, I find it a welcoming challenge to figure out exactly what they like best and form how I communicate with them to best fit their preference. A typical day
Oh, where to begin! I LOVE playing any fun and exciting game with all my furry friends. MY favorite is the "Who Can Get The Ball First" game. As soon as I get the dog to sit, I throw a ball and see who can get to it first. After letting the dog get it first, I them proceed to chase him/her around in the grass! I live across the street from Chautauqua on Lincoln Place, so I love taking dogs on short walks on Mesa Trail. I try my best to keep my furry friends on dirt or grass to be easy on their paws, although it sometimes helps on pavement to assist with nail upkeep. I get lost in the fun when I play with dogs. Nothing else exists besides me and the little individual. After time, I figure out what they like best and try my best to provide the experience while still trying out new things. Just like I do with my girlfriend!
