I was so glad Joshua was able to watch Bella for me during the holidays. I was a little disappointed because I had to keep asking for updates & pics of Bella everyday. The pickup process was a little weird since I called & texted to let him know I was on my way to pick her up and I received no answer. When I arrived, I had to knock on the door and it took forever for someone to answer the door. Then someone finally did and when I asked for Joshua, they said he wasn’t home. Then I said I was there to pick up my dog and magically he was home. When I got Bella’s things, her dog night light was broken and her bed was wet. I appreciate them cleaning her bowls however. I’m not sure if I’ll book with this sitter again, but I’m glad Bella is home & that she had a good time with Joshua.

It appeared that my dog was locked up all day with absolutely no exercise, food or water. I dropped my pup off At approximately 9am and was scheduled to pick him up at 9am the next day. Joshua barely provided updates on my pup. I had to ask him to send pics. He reached out to me at 11:30pm the day of drop off inquiring what time I was going to pick my pup up. I told him I could pick up now, to which he obliged. When I arrived home with my pup at midnight, he was extremely hungry and thirsty. If Joshua in fact fed my dog like he claimed he did, there’s no way my dog would’ve eaten a bowl of food and drank 2 bowls of water at 12 o’clock midnight. BEWARE.
