Hello fellow dog lover! My name is Joshua and I'm so excited to meet you and your furry friend. I love dogs because they all are so unique. It's just like building relationships with people, but with the most pure and innocent beings in the world. I became a pet sitter because I plan on owning my own business in the future and thought, why not create my own business where I get to do something I love--watching dogs! You and your dog will love my experience and the customer service I provide to all of my clients. I really believe in keeping dogs healthy and active, so lots of walks and playtime is in order. A tired dog is a happy dog! If your dog needs to brush up on the basics, I have some training experience and can definitely help them practice. I'm even happy to bathe dogs if they get a little dirty. You and your dog are more than a job to me, you're clients that I look forward to building a relationship with. I know how hard it is to leave your dog behind, and I will provide tons of check in and updates on how they're doing. I’m honestly available most of the time and have no issues with driving 45-60 minutes to the location. I’d be more then happy to care for them overnight as well, even if there are multiple dogs (though the more notice I have for overnights, the better.) I love cycling and hiking, so if your dog needs a lot of exercise they can come with me for sure. And if your dog has a more difficult personality, don't worry! I love winning over those grumpy or standoffish dogs. If your dog has special needs, I can accommodate them too! I’ve cared for dogs with conditions that makes some things harder for them like, blindness in both eyes, amputated legs, anxiety (yes they get it too), and short term memory loss.
