He is the best . My dog loved him. overall he was very easy to deal with, had excellent communication through the long period he had our puppy. I have absolutely no complaints and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Overall satisfied with our puppy's stay at Joshua's, but wish Joshua had followed our/doctor's instructions rather than make decisions on his own. Joshua seemed really nice and friendly when we first met and went to see his apartment ahead of leaving our dog with him. Plan was to leave our dog there after his surgery to get neutered for a few days, so that my elderly father wouldn't have take care of him with his cone on this head (in this case donut collar) and worry about medication and keeping his incision area clean. This was explained to Joshua and he had no issues with it. I checked on the puppy the 1st couple of days to remind Joshua about the medication and he indicated all is going well. Later we found out he had taken the collar off of the puppy when it was instructed to stay on for 10-14 days after surgery. I contacted him and asked him to keep to collar on and he said ok. But again on day 7th day when we went to pick him up, his collar was off again. We also noticed his food container we had left for him was barely used. Puppy was very hungry when he came home and ate twice, as if he had not been getting enough food. Joshua also had thrown away our puppy's blanket without consulting with us claiming it was damaged in the laundry. He never called to ask about the collar or the blanket. I just wish he had communicated with us more.
