I absolutely never do reviews, but I was VERY happy with how well Joshua cared for our 2 dogs that I felt he deserved a good review. My daughter and I had to evacuate Jacksonville with friends because of hurricane Matthew. My husband is in the Coast Guard and had to get underway, so we came down to Sarasota to stay with the friends and family, of our friends. There was no room for our dogs so I had to find someone to watch them on short notice. After messaging a few people on Rover who were booked, I found Joshua and decided to message him. Right off the bat, I liked how responsive and nice he was. I was nervous about trusting my dogs to someone, because I've always boarded them at a pet place; but, he made me feel comfortable. For the entirety of our dogs stay, Joshua was super quick and responsive about updates on how they were doing. I REALLY liked, and appreciated that, because it helped ease my mind. He literally texted me back within minutes whenever i asked how the dogs were doing. When I picked up both dogs to head back home, they were very happy so I know they were taken great care of. Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised, and would use Joshua again, if I ever had to. In the interest of honesty (and hopefully to ease any future customers minds), I have to admit I was a little nervous about the neighborhood at 1st, but I'm super glad that it didn't deter me because my dogs ended up being in great care. I'm so happy with our experience, that I just had to share.
