Pet-tentially the Best Dog Sitter
Pet care experience
I am currently a fourth-year college student in Georgetown, Texas. I've worked at a pet boarding kennel in the Dallas area for 4 years, seasonally. I've cared for dogs of all sizes, teacup to large, and am comfortable with and knowledgable in all forms of pet care taking, including administering medications and speciality diets/exercise needs. I also do occasional, on-the-side dog sitting gigs for friends and family who trust in my dog sitting experience. I treat all dogs with as much love and affection as possible to make them as comfortable and happy as I can while their parents are away - treating them like they're my own! My flexible course schedule allows me frequent breaks so I can check in on pets regularly and spend as much time with them as possible.

I would like to know the dog's energy level, special food and medication requirements, preferred type of play, sociability, and any factors that may affect how the dog bonds with either me or other dogs, such as anxiety or aggressiveness. I do not prefer one breed over another, although I do have a soft spot for goldens, dachshunds, and very large dogs.
A typical day
I'd love to take dogs on walks through the surrounding neighborhoods or, if they are sociable and playful, to dog parks in the city. I understand not all dogs are particularly active, and for those dogs, good-quality bonding through cuddles and relaxation will make a great replacement for walks or play time.
