SPCA Volunteer 6 years and counting
Pet care experience
At the age of 12 I started working for an org. Called SPCA because of my love for animals. I have volunteered for about 6 years now, twice a month for dog adoption days. Starting June 29th, 2019, I will be preparing to start dog sitting. Depending on the day, I am willing to work from 8AM-6PM. On Sunday’s I can work from 2PM-8PM. I will work flexible hours I can’t bring the cat or dogs to my house because or where I live but I am willing to work anywhere here in Porterville. I have 4 dogs and they all get along with other dogs and cats. One is aggressive towards people but we put him on the side of the house when people come over
Reviews
Josh was a very responsible pet sitter. He came to visit the dogs twice before our vacation to meet them so he felt comfortable and so did the pets. He kept in good contact with me during all visits and even sent videos! I would definitely refer Josh to anyone who cares about their beloved pets as we do. He is a great sitter and even works at an animal shelter. Very reliable.
Josh is a local SPCA volunteer ( Valley Oak SPCA) for 5 years. Most of that time he's worked offsites with me, the 2nd & 4th Saturday of every month. Josh reads dogs body language well. Leash trained a few of the dog, enjoys having a dog sit in his lap. He's always courteous to people at the offsites, answering questions, greeting people.

This summer is gonna be hot so I will take every dog to the park for a walk or somewhere else, wherever you prefer. The cement will be hot and I do not like seeing dogs burning their paws
