I have tons of experience with all kinds of dogs as I have two amazing dogs at home (Slugger- Puggle ; Ace- German Shepherd) as well as sitting for many dogs that range from Beagles to Pitbulls. I am very energetic and have no problem running around with your dog. I have no problem letting dogs out every couple of hours and going on multiple walks a day.
