I have been dog sitting around my local area for about four years now. I’ve happily stayed at someone’s house for two weeks over holidays and on the other hand have done visits and dog walks to break up a day alone.

I am a dog lover through and through and have years of experience with my own dogs and dog sitting. I’m happy to walk for two hours with a high energy dog or cuddle a more chilled one on the sofa. I can pick up dogs for walks/ half days out or walk in their local area as required.

Information Josephine J. would like to know about your pet
I’d like to know energy levels in advance and if your dog would be happy to be walked with a few of my friends. It’s also important to know if the dogs have good recall as I am happy to continue training with your dog but need to know if this is required. I have helped clicker train a clients dog before. Please check with me if your dog has any special needs as I am happy to adapt plans around medications etc but it’s helpful to know in advance.
A typical day
I prefer to cater to the dog’s requirements but have typically walked dogs in looking after morning and evening. As I usually have to pop out for a few hours I often will take dogs with on errands if they are happy to come or leave them for up to 3/4 bourse otherwise.

Availability
I’m currently studying Veterinary Bioscience Harper adams university and have lots of spare time between lectures to pop in and visit pets. I’m also free over weekends and have especially slow days on Wednesdays. It would likely be me and a friend as we are both missing our dogs at home.
