Pet care experience
I've grown up with dogs my entire life, my first one being a Saint Bernard Tasha. Tasha was big and so was her impact on my life. She was my best friend and My bond with dogs ever since has been very strong. I love animals of all kinds. By trade I'm hair stylist so over the years naturally clients go on vacation and over time they started to offer me the opportunities to house and pet sit for them while they were away. It With one or two clients and friends and family and it just sort of became a side hustle I would do throughout the years.

Just wanted to write a quick few words for Joseph. I had scheduled Joseph for a 4 day house sitting/watching over the Christmas holiday. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip and cancel my sitting with him due to Covid related conflicts. With short notice, I was only eligible for a partial refund. Joseph was excellent at communicating, had a meet and great set up and even worked with Rover to get me the full refund even though I just missed the sitters refund window. Without even having used him as a sitter yet, I highly recommend him based on great communication and customer service. I plan on using him in the future!
Joseph is such a wonderful pet sitter that I highly recommend! Joseph has watched over my pets many times when I have been out of town. Not only does he do a fantastic job caring for my animals but my fur babies adore him! If you want the best of the best for your fur babies Joseph is your guy!!!

I do live in a pet friendly community although I prefer to pet sit at the pets home. My princess Sophie (an 8 year old shih Tzu) acts just as such and doesn't play well with others. My clients usually leave me a to-do list as far as pet Care goes I respect and follow all boundaries and expectations of the pet parents. I don't mind doing other chores or tasks that may be assigned to me while the pet parents may be away, take out trash, get mail ect. It's my job to make sure that you are at ease while you are away so you can return relaxed and calm for your fur baby.

A typical day
First and foremost I will follow all the instructions that the pet parent provides, assuming that it's okay likely will go to a dog park or hiking maybe just a long walk around their neighborhood or my neighborhood.

Availability
Currently I am not currently working a traditional full-time 5 day a week set schedule job so I am able to put your 4 legged friend at the top on my list of priorities! I'm able to accommodate most routine/schedules ( may have to shift Routines an hour or two sooner or later but in that event it would be discussed before hand when possible)
