I have had the pleasure of knowing Joey for nearly three years. Not only is he enthusiastic about being a pet-owner for all kinds of animals, he is genuinely committed to the well-being of all animals. For example, he once found an injured gardener snake and took it upon himself to nurture it back to health. In addition, I have seen him interact with his own dogs on many occasions. His dogs are well-behaved, friendly, and listen to his commands. It’s clear he just “gets” animals and has a way with them. As a dog owner myself, I have complete confidence in Joey’s ability to care for my fur babies and can think of few any more determined to be a responsible, kind, and accommodating pet sitter or walker.

Joey is responsible and caring towards any and all pets. He has two dogs of his own, both of whom receive consistent, but individualized love and care. His pets are friendly, sweet, and well-behaved, which is in part a reflection of his and his fiancee's loving care and attention. I cannot imagine a scenario in which his dogs would not get along with even a more anxious dog. Joey is responsible and attentive with his own pets and his home. I have three dogs of my own and would trust him without second thought with both the keys to my home and the care of my dogs. Not only would I trust him to make sure the dogs were fed, taken out, and that my home was safe and as I left it, I would also know that he would go above and beyond to check in on my dogs, play with them, and spend time with them while I was away. Some pets are easier to care for than others, and I have an incredibly anxious dog with separation anxiety and another who recently adopted a tendency to try and run off. I would trust Joey with the extra care required for those dogs, because I know that he is a lover of animals like myself, is kind, caring, and patient, and knows what it takes to make sure animals are properly loved and cared for.
