Pet care experience
My wife likes to (frequently) muse that I seem to enchant small children and even the shyest dogs and cats. Though sweetly humorous, and whether true or not, I DO love life and always give extra care to the living things I have the pleasure to meet! I grew up with many household pets and recognize the value and love they add to life. At one time, I lived with FIVE furry little friends (4 cats and 1 dog, the shyest and sweetest among them being the dog . . . a female pitbull named Luca). In summary, I appreciate how much love and attention goes along with each relationship; in fact, our cat is both our highest priorities in our household! At the moment, we don't have a dog at home, (we travel a few times per year), but always return to that recognition of just how much they mean to us!

Joe took excellent care of my dog for extended periods of time. I knew that my furry family member was always in good hands and given plenty of personalized attention/love when he stayed with Joe. Highly recommend!
Joe is a great pet sitter and you should be more than happy to have him as your caregiver! While my boyfriend and I took an extended vacation, Joe lovingly cared for both of our pets, so much so that they didn't seem to miss us when we got back. This definitely took the stress off of us traveling, as we knew that our little guys were lovingly being cared for and were in the best of hands! -Tracey A
I would 100% confidently recommend Joseph as a pet caregiver. In the years that I have known Joe, I have witnessed his compassionate attitude towards all animals and can honestly say that he thinks of animals as not just pets but as family members. I'm sure any pet owner understands how important this is and will accept nothing less when it comes to the care of their pet. Additionally, Joe is responsible, dependable and excellent with communication.

I'd like to understand general personality traits so that I might get to know your pet better: Does he or she prefer certain activities over others? Does your dog typically get a bit depressed in your absence, and if so, have others found ways to cheer them up, etc? Is your dog aggressive around other animals while out for a walk? Really, just any information you'd find pertinent for the sake of protecting your dog's safety, as well as my own. Also, how often does he or she gets treats, favorite activities, favorite toys, etc?
A typical day
If I'm available for overnights, I'd hope to get back out on the trail for some decent hikes with a companion. Those were/are some of the fondest memories of when I lived with my most recent dog - that, and how accommodating I was every night when she hogged up my half of the bed! :)
