Pet care experience
You need someone you can trust with your dog. I saved a pitbull from crippling anxiety. Eve had been abused heavily by men as a puppy. By the time I was done working with her she could take walks near other humans without displaying her previously high levels of anxiety. Additionally I have owned multiple dogs(3) and cats(3) throughout my life. Currently I have a 6 month old Husky living at home with me and a German Shorthaired Pointer on the way. I am used to high energy dogs, that demand attention, exercise, and structure. With all services I enforce any previous obedience training you have put the animal through. If you have not trained your animal, I do offer basic training for a portion of each visit. Anything you need, I can handle ^-^ -Joseph

Hey I joined rover just to write this testimonial. I have known Joey a long time and every time I see him it seems like I find him training one of my dogs. He told me he wants to get a start working with dogs professionally and I could help by letting you know all know about my experience since Rover requires a testimonial. He trained all my dogs to sit, wait, leave it, and come. They love being with him and I trust him to watch them every time I need someone to. He used to work for UPS for years, but got tired of it and wants to work with your dogs instead. Highly recommend it, Brittany!

I have no preferences, all dogs are amazing creatures and deserve as much as we c an give them. I currently do not accept dogs that display aggression. Most aggression come from anxiety and while I have worked with 2 dogs to solve their anxiety problems, I do not have the time schedule to dedicate to that at this time.
A typical day
Any dog in my care can expect to be challenged through physical exercise, and rewards for obedience. I love to take a dog out to any open area, tie them out on a long lead and play fetch. Once sufficiently tired I provide water and treats. Treats are portioned per visit and only given when obedience is shown by the animal. We end every session on a high note, playing tug until your animal "Wins".
