Cosi and Indie had a fantastic time with Joseph. They were very nervous to be home alone, but Joseph made them comfortable and confident. He had many clever techniques to help them, for example to have them eat when they refused, and to walk them in the rain (which they usually refuse). He was also a great communicator with us, checking in at every visit, giving details in addition to the normal Rover report. Joseph is the best petsitter we could have imagined.

I wanted to send a quick message to let you know how pleased I am with Joseph. One he is very polite and professional. He really showed great concern and care for my Furson and was very descriptive in his messages and sent photos to update me. By far, he has been the best pet sitter I’ve had. I would really keep using him from here on out as Diego’s sitter. My dog really liked him and he just took such good care of him.
