Joe is fantastic with dogs and always greets any dogs in the area. From his years as a dog groomer, work done with a service dog in the family, and rehabilitation of his own rescue dog, he really knows dogs! I have seen a lot of dogs that are typically hesitant around strangers or hesitant around men warm right up to Joe without pause. I think his gentle demeanor and fun loving spirit attract them. Even while grooming, which is really nerve wracking for a lot of dogs, Joe was a calming presence and able to earn their trust and even help them have a little fun while getting cleaned up. He's a great guy and your dog will love him without doubt!

Joe is the most patient person I know. He has a passion for all animals, not just dogs but wild birds too when they nest in his potted plants and avoid getting them wet from watering. I would have h babysit my dog in a heartbeat.
