Pet care experience
I’ve cared for dogs and cats my whole life. I have a rescue lab mix pup (5 year old) and 2 rescue cats. I give every animal I’m around a ton of attention because they deserve to feel loved and protected. I also love to make sure the animal I’m caring for gets a sufficient amount of exercise each day by taking long walks (and playing fetch if conditions permit). I also think spending quality time with the animal is hugely important, like cuddling on the couch or giving a belly rub. Animals deserve our time and attention, and I hope to provide that to all the new pup and cat friends I get to meet through Rover! I have always been a huge animal lover and can’t wait to meet your pups!

Joe took great care of my dog during his first overnight stay at my home. He provided detailed updates by text periodically, and he made sure Jaxson got lots of TLC and cuddle time. Good communication, responsible and mature. I would definitely recommend and use him again.
I would highly recommend Joe as a Rover dog sitter as he has taken great care of our dog in the past. I have used him as a dog walker when I was away for a short period of time and also as a weekend dog sitter. He has been responsible, reliable, and a loving companion to our dog. I couldn't think of a better human to care for our four-pawed family member!
I've known Joe for 16 years and he's always been my go-to dog sitter. He cares so much for his own dog, Finn, and he's been amazing with our chocolate lab, who can sometimes be wary of men. She can be an energetic handful and Joe's calming presence helps her feel right at ease. He's been a huge hit with her: they take long walks, play at the dog park, and she's so affectionate with him. Joe is conscientious, thoughtful, responsible... there's no one else I trust more with my beloved pup!
Joe would be a wonderful dog sitter. He cares so much about his own dog, Finn, and other dogs. Our picky Penny (who generally is wary of men) loves Joe. He is responsible and would always put pet owners needs first. Would not hesitate to have him walk or dog sit our dog.

I love to walk through the beautiful neighborhood streets as well as Kelly Drive and the Schuykill River Trail. If time permits and the location is right, it’s also fun to go to a dog park and play fetch. Whatever you want your pup to do, I’m game!
