Hello! Thanks for stopping by! My name is Joe, I have a background in Firefighting, Security, and Emergency Medical Services. I have worked in the public safety field for over 5 years. My wife is a nurse in the emergency room and we have a son who was born in May 2019. We also have two cats in our household that are treated like royalty! We also have dogs that live with our parents. She has a dog & cat with her family and I have two dogs with mine! In 2018 a woman brought a severely injured dog to my Fire Department because she didn't know where else to go. I was able to stop the bleeding and transport the dog to the emergency hospital. She underwent a very long healing process and I had the honor of fostering her while we searched for the owner. A few weeks later I got her back home to her family. A few months later I got a phone call from the owner, who was unable to care for her medical needs. She wanted to know if I would take her and I said YES! She loves to cuddle and she fit right into my family! We still go on visits with the original owner, she loves to visit her old family! I bring lots of experience to the table. I have grown up around cats, dogs, reptiles, rodents, horses and almost everything else! When I was a kid, the girl that lived next door was also an animal lover. We would rescue any animal that needed it, often taking the neighbors pets back home when they went for an "adventure". When my son was born, I dropped down from my full time job so I could be more flexible with him and my wifes schedule. I made the plunge into self-employment and side jobs to help provide the best possible life for my new family. I would describe myself as being very honest, hardworking, & trustworthy.
