Phil is a wonderful person! He is very respectful, good-natured, gentle and kind. He treats dogs like they are human friends. Loves to play with dogs and never fails to feed them on time. I have a Labrador retriever that he dog-sits occasionally and my dog just loves it everytime. Because of Phil's awesome character, we have remained friends for many years.
