Hello, I'm Jose. I am a Freelance Video Producer (I have a degree from the University of Utah) that walks and cares for dogs, I love taking them to liberty park for walks (or runs) and take tons of pictures of your dog to keep you informed and sometimes give my Instagram followers some serious work jealousy (If its okay with you), I have cared for different types of dogs from puppies to older dogs (I am used to set alarms for vitamins or medicine). I also house sit and cat sit, my favorite dogs are hiking dogs due to Utahs beautiful hikes. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns. Jose was the best!! He took our dog on an epic hike and sent us tons of pics. We felt so happy knowing our dogs were happy when we were out of town!!
We had some miscommunication about what house sitting entailed. Worked more details out after the stay had started & he changed the price for it which kind of him.
Jose was really friendly and engaged with us while we were away, sending pictures of the dogs and them all going on walks together. We did come home to a lot of pee spots on the carpet, which was a indication that one of our dogs did not get her incontinence meds. Would have been a five-star review otherwise! Really liked Jose, showed a lot of care for our fur babies.
Jose was simply AMAZING! He was prompt, responsive, informative, and really cared about our animals while we were out of town. Such a great experience and we would absolutely use Jose again in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I treat dogs as if they were my own. I also am pretty good at keeping up with training; every dog has specific needs, some need lots of walks some need to be mentally stimulated by doing lots of tricks and treats, some just want belly rubs so depending on the dog that’s how I proceed.

Any type of dog is fine as long as I know anything that may be a problem (Like if they are aggressive to other dogs). I have experience with elderly dogs, and giving them their pills, I also know a thing or two about keeping up with training on puppies. I just need to make sure to know any command words and anything you are working on.
A typical day
This always depends on the dog, I love to go hiking when the weather permits with my dog Ice Cream, I also enjoy taking them to dog parks but all these depends on the dog I’m caring for, I know some just want a walk around their neighborhood so whatever the dog needs that’s what I will work on.
