Hi! I'm new to Rover and I am so excited you came across my page! I love dogs (it's almost unhealthy) and getting a kiss or a wag totally makes my day. Here is a little bit about me: I started volunteering with the East Bay SPCA in August 2016 and consistently volunteered for one year doing simple tasks such as canine animal care (feeding, cleaning), eventually moving to canine companion and enrichment training, then adding Jog-A-Dog. Jog-A-Dog involves a 2 hour shift where a group of volunteers take big and small dogs running for about a mile and a half around the local area. Ultimately, this reduces anxiety and balances energy which, in turn, helps makes the canines more adoptable. I am in school to become a human chiropractor, then will receive specialty training to become an animal chiropractor, so I am devoted to having a career where I help animals feel better. Availability is best on weekends due to my graduate school schedule.
