Spoiling animals with a toy or treat is one of my favorite things to do. Training them for some fun family tricks is another great exercise I like to incorporate during playtime. Not every dog is the same, if your boy/girl is a calm, sweet pup that likes to just chill through the day no problem! While Zero (my dog) and I love to be active, we know how to rest as well. Not only will there be a large fenced yard to run & play in, but a public park is only a walk away, included with a scenic lake, which is great for casual strolls or healthy exercise! I have been fostering and taking care of dogs and cats since I was 16 years old. I have trained them myself with much success. I am a Marine veteran that has experience working with service dogs and know how to read body language and attend to your pet as needed. From sneaky ferrets, bubbling fish, trouble making cats, to energetic dogs, I am positive I can bring the best experience to you & your fluffy pals. After all, I think we could agree we treat them just as our actual children (haha)! I am generally pretty flexible when scheduling. Please message me for details. I have a large fenced yard for any energetic pup to play in, along with a beautiful public park for your dog to explore. Not only will your pet have a vast landscape to have fun in but I also have a dog lounge equipped with a couch only used for dogs, mood lighting, treats, baskets of toys and much more! We do share the bed if your dog loves cuddles (we love them too!) and treat every fluffy client as my very own. For Away Services (such as house sitting) all the tender love and care is brought right to your door. Going for walks in your surrounding area, training, movies and fun are a must during each of my stays. After all, every cute dog deserves rest after a fun day!

We took our dog Eleanor to Jorge's Doggy Day Care for two full days. Eleanor clearly LOVED Jorge and his house! Even though she is a bit skittish, on the second day she was ecstatic to see him, and ready to go in with him, which shows that she had been happy and well taken care of on the previous day. Jorge was professional, communicative, and sent us frequent updates. I very much recommend him!

Jorge did an excellent job for my wife and I. He went above and beyond what was asked of him, sent regular updates of our dogs, and even cleaned up around the house. We were anxious to hire someone as our dogs are very high energy and can be a challenge to work with. Jorge ran our dogs and got them tired which we know the dogs loved! I will attend to your pet strictly as required upon your instructions. Water will be accessible throughout their stay. Walk, run and play time will be conducted safely at the energy level displayed by your pet. I wouldn't want someone to make me run just because they want me to be tired later. Just like ourselves, our pets should be happy about exercising! I have multiple crates and if requested I can help potty train! My dog Zero is a rescue and he is a super sweet guy. He loves meeting new dogs and playing with the tug rope. He is a great companion on a run and can show others how to walk, run and play while following their leader. Environment: Very spacious, clean and friendly! **My girlfriend Taylor G., is also a Rover Sitter, so there may be other pets in our home while I'm watching your pet(s). If this happens, I'll absolutely notify you before our booking begins!

-Medication: How and when to administer. -Please let me know of any signs of distress your pet can show and how to properly handle the situation. I understand some pets can have anxiety with new faces and places. -It is important for me to know your dog (or other animal) inside & out so I can properly prepare for them. Breed/size, temperament, food & exercise habits, what animals they can or cannot be around and special needs are some of the essentials I would like to know before hand. If your pet(s) requires a high maintenance care routine, I am a fast learner if you are able to provide me with the instructions I need. I am patient with even the slowest of elderly pets & aim to not only please you as my client but also your pet as my personal guest. -If you require certification(s) of anything in particular, such as pet aid and pet CPR (or anything else you have in mind), please reach out & I will certainly find a credible establishment to train me in such matters. I want to provide the best & most genuine service to your family.
A typical day
Walks: I always make sure to bring a pop-out doggy bowl, bottled water, a tennis ball, potty bags, some treats and a towel incase they need to be wiped down. Pictures will be sent throughout the walk to show your pet is getting some fun exercise in! I like to incorporate training such as sit, lay, paw, high-five, speak, roll-over and "walk nice" which is when your pet walks beside you rather than walk in front or pull on the leash. Keep in mind that every animal is different and it may take a few times for them to understand their training but I keep at it nonetheless! Overall, I like to keep your fluffy family member's experience fun! Doggy Day Care: Dogs love play dates & can make a new friend when coming over to the house. A large fenced yard is perfect for safe play, many scattered toys to explore and a little pool to cool off in. When it comes time for something new, the nearby park is perfect for runs. Being close to downtown gives your dog a fun experience with new smells and a casual, social stroll. I like to incorporate various training, treats or toys during each visit, giving your dog (or other animal) an exciting day while making sure they are mentally stimulated with knowledge & memories. Your pet is in good hands with me & will certainly be given the royal treatment. -Optional add ons: free baths, photoshoots, paw painting and paw prints. (Pricing varies based on your desired size/props) House Sitting: I aim to provide the best service whether it's my home or yours. Rest assured that your pets will be given love and attention as if they were my own! I offer training during free time as well, such as: sit, lay, paw, high-five, speak, roll-over and "walk nice" which is when your pet walks beside you rather than walk in front or pull on the leash. The well-being of your cute "floof" and home will be in the same condition or better upon your return.
