Jorge keep us updated on our bailey. Great guy.

I gave the rating of one star because I believe the terms of our service agreement were not met. Our agreement was to watch my two dogs December 9 – 11 with Jorge spending the night at our house with the dogs (Hershey and Benson) Friday and Saturday. Saturday morning Jorge told me Benson destroyed one of the dog beds. Benson normally does this when he is hungry and no one is home to feed him.  After Jorge notified me Benson ate the bed, I asked if he spent the night at our house.  Jorge replied, “No.”. I was very concerned about our dogs now since our agreement was broken and my dogs were left overnight unattended.   After worrying all weekend, I had Jorge feed them Sunday night around 6 PM, and when I came home, the dogs didn’t have any water, the refrigerator was left open, and the dog bowls were on the ground (per our discussions the food bowls need to be picked up as Hershey has an eating problem). As the refrigerator has an alarm that sounds after two minutes, I got the impression Jorge was not at the house long since the alarm was going off when we arrived home at 11 PM that night.  Jorge demonstrated 1) a lack of knowledge with taking care of the animals, and 2) a lack of respect in honoring the agreement when choosing him as a service provider.  I advise everyone to second guess Jorge as their selection for taking care of their loved ones while away from your home.
