Let's get the zoomies out!
Pet care experience
I love caring for dogs of all sizes! In the past year since owning a home I became a foster and have since helped 8 rescue dogs find their forever homes. Most of my experience is with large dogs 60-70lbs though I have cared for pups as small as 10lbs! Many of my fosters have had medical issues between leg surgery, spay/neuter recovery, tumor removal surgery, heart murmurs, and more - needless to say, I have many ways to adjust play/exercise to their need, and many methods to get a pup to take their pills! I also have experience caring for dogs with behavioral issues - we see dogs with special needs all the time, and it does not scare me away. I am active and can help your pup get the zoomies out in long walks (or runs!) and high-energy playtime. My dog and I recently completed his intermediate training courses, and I would be happy to use my positive reinforcement practices with your pup as well! I've been a dog service provider with Rover since 2019 across several states and am happy to continue being part of this community.

Safety, trust & environment
I respect the boundaries of my clients' homes. For dog walks and drop-in visits, safety and security are of upmost importance. Whether my client has an apartment or home with a fenced in area, we can make it work and keep your pup feeling safe and secure in the boundaries you have set up for them. At my own home, we have essentially safe dog-proofed our home to prevent any pup from getting into trouble. Our backyard is fully fenced with 6ft in height. We live in a very safe neighborhood for dogs and young children alike- occasionally when neighbors' dogs get out, it seems like a full neighborhood operation breaks out to safely get ahold of the dog and reunite them with their owners!

Information Jordyn T. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any special needs that I can account for! I am happy to care for your pet in your own home, a local park, or my own home. If you would like to use my dog boarding services, please let me know if your dog is comfortable with other dogs or if there will be any concern with staying in the same home as my own dog. My dog is very friendly with every dog he’s met, including our medical or behavioral special needs fosters. At this time there is only one dog in my home, I am not currently fostering.
A typical day
I am active and can help your pup get the zoomies out in long walks (or runs!) and high-energy playtime. I have toy balls of several sizes, frisbees, and plenty of sticks to crunch on. We have enrichment toys ranging from a snuffle mat to a full slide puzzle. My dog and I recently completed his intermediate training courses, and I would be happy to bring my positive reinforcement practices with your pup as well! A favorite place I like to take walks is at the Cross Seminole Trail.
