I am a full time employee at Idaho working with our athletics department! I have many years of experience with fostering kittens and 4 years of working with Rover while I was in undergrad/graduate school. I am very flexible and weekends are almost always available! I would be more than pleased to take dogs out for walks and outdoor activities and keep them active! Jordyn was excellent with our two dogs (one elderly, one sort of difficult) and two cats. She sent lots of pictures, communicated regularly, was immediately responsive to our texts, and she was understanding and accommodating when we had an unexpected delay with our return travel. Our house was in great shape and pets all happy when we returned. We'd never used an in-home sitter before (and were a little nervous about the idea), but we certainly will again in the future.
Jordyn was great with our two energetic Jack Russell terriers and kept in touch throughout our time out of town.

Jordyn was able to help out last minute when my original sitter had something come up. She communicated very well throughout the process and provided updates during her stay. I would rebook Jordyn the next time I need a sitter for my pet.

I do my best to make the pets feel as comfortable as possible especially when I am the stranger entering in to their house. I prefer meet and greets for new clients as I feel it establishes more trust between myself and the pet’s family.

I would love to know the dogs habits in terms of feeding, sleeping and play time. I like to try to mimic the typical structure of their day so it feels most comfortable for them.
A typical day
I plan on spending a lot of time outside, whether that's hiking, dog parks, walks, etc. Depending on the energy level of the pet, I can cater their exercise and fun time.

Availability
I am a full time employee currently, but I like to take an hour for lunch everyday during my 9-5 (which would be perfect for dog walks or drop ins). In the fall I won’t have much travel, but home football days will be pretty busy for me.
