Jordyn watched over my two fur babies over the Labor Day weekend, and did a great job. I was able to enjoy my trip in peace knowing that they were in good hands. She made sure to make multiple potty trips throughout the day, and walk them and even sent me photos of them throughout her stay. I would rebook her in an instant and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter.

Jordyn left our 3 dogs alone for 6 and 9 hour stretches on Saturday and Sunday while house sitting Thursday through Sunday. Did not walk them at all. Spent as little time as possible caring for them. Sent only one update. Sitters we hired in the past sent numerous updates and pictures. With 9 cats and 3 dogs, it cost a fortune to hire a house sitter and we don’t feel like we got what we paid for: someone to stay at our house and care for our beloved pets as we would. We were so worried about our pups being alone we couldn’t sleep the last night of our vacation and rushed home early in the morning. Our new rug and rug pad had large urine stains and a foot stool was soaked and had to be thrown away. Jordyn doesn’t seem to care about dogs as much as she claims to, nor about giving clients quality service they paid a lot of money for. She should have stayed in our home Saturday night instead of going to the horse races and getting a flat tire which she states are the reasons she was gone for 9 hours. She was unapologetic and not concerned about our worries. We paid for her to watch them until 12 on Sunday but she left the house very early and never returned or sent any communication. We picked her to house sit because she had good reviews. Im not sure why she did great for other clients and not us, but having an alarm system that tracks comings and goings will paint an accurate picture of what kind of care your babies are getting while you’re trying to enjoy a vacation.
