My whole life I've had dogs so I consider myself a dog person. Currently, my house hold consist of 4 mini dachshunds: good golly miss Molly, sir Cornelius von Wigglebottoms, little miss Hershey kisses, and mr. Hershey's cocoa bean. They are very active dogs and very spoiled. They play for about 3/4 of the day and on my days off work I take them out to the dog park so they can socialize with other dogs...and go swimming. The reason I got into taking care of dogs was because I don't believe in charging an arm and a leg for pet services for them to be locked up and ignored. I make sure the dogs get out into the yard, play, get fresh air, go on walks (if needed) and above all, make sure they bond with me. Making it easier for the human parents to leave them for a few days.
