Hello pet parents! *Homeward Trails Animal Rescue adopters and volunteers receive discounted rates, I can also meet you halfway to pickup your pup for a small additional fee* We would be absolutely delighted to host your pet in our home and make them feel like one of the pack! Send them on their own vacation here to play in our fully fenced, 1/2 acre back yard to their hearts content. That means unlimited outdoor play time with their new friends (or solo outdoor time for them to take a break and grab some space away from the other pups if they prefer). Is your fur baby more comfortable in their own home? I also provide walking and drop in visit services for the Fauquier County Area, up to 3 visits a day on weekdays and unlimited visits most weekends. My husband and I have been providing pet care for over 15 years. I was born into a multi dog home and have never known life any other way! (Thank goodness) We pride ourselves on our patient and gentle approach to pet care. As pet parents to four incredible rescued fur babies of our own, we completely understand how difficult it can be to leave your pet in someone else's care, so we provide regular updates, tons of attention for your fur baby, and time to adapt to the new environment. We find your pups love language rather that may be playing, treats, or just being loved on, and use it to make them as comfortable and SAFE as possible in our home. Now about myself (Jordann) and my experience in pet care: My services and experience do not stop with cats and dogs! I pretty much grew up on a farm with 50+ horses. Rode competitively for 10+ years. Assisted with feeding, cleaning stalls, giving out hay, chipping out icy water buckets in the winter, changing fly sheets, winter blankets, and can fully tack and untack western and English. I also have had a pet snake, gerbils, guinea pigs, beta fish, koi fish, and a chameleon. We look forward to meeting you and your fur baby :)
