We booked Jordan to both house and dog sit. She did not stay there the first two nights. I only found out due to a concerned neighbor reaching out and checking in on the dogs for us; pictures were sent as if she were there. That was sorted out via messages and restating expectations, and she stayed for the rest of the time. We had pleasant check-ins after that and received daily pictures, etc. No issues there. The dogs were happy, and that was the most important thing; however, some basic things such as bringing in the mail and setting out the trash for pickup were not done. Over 30 tennis balls were thrown all over the back yard (not a major issue, but it was weird just the same). A picture frame in the living room was also completely broken in two. That would have been fine because accidents absolutely happen, but we were not told about it. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience, but it could have been much worse I guess.
