If there are any triggers on walks, i.e: They have a prey drive and will chase squirrels, dog reactive, people reactive, scared of loud noises, etc. Are they potty trained or do I need to look for any potty issues around the living area or any destructive issues? Do they love to run or swim? Are going to try to run out the door? Any history of certain approaching or movements causing them stress/agitation? Favorite toys and favorite type of playing.

This depends on each individual dog and their temperament. I am happy to do a long walk, play in the yard, play with toys or just give them some attention and company. My own dog loves long walks with lots of sniffing around at his leisure, as well as squeaky toys and tug of war. I look forward to exploring new areas and smells with my soon to be furry friend.
