Pet care experience
I am heat resistant in this Lubbock weather. I shadow at a veterinarian clinic so I know some basics about the average dog. I have volunteered at animal shelters on and off for a couple of years. I use to walk dogs when I was in high school around my neighborhood and the occasional "let my dog outside on your way home from school please". I am very friendly, enjoy all dogs and even cats, as well as trustworthy. I have a fanny pack specifically for treats during walks, and a good throwing arm. As one can never get tired of throwing the ball! I am a Pre-Veterinarian Major at West Texas A&M University, and hoping to go to Texas A&M University for Veterinarian School.

I typically walk dogs around the neighborhood, allowing them to stop and smell whatever they please unless the walk is meant to release high amounts of energy. Then we will have a walk/jog to get the body going. I am excellent at throwing balls and sticks, pretty decent at tug-of-war, and accept all dog slobber that may come with the dog.
