Pet care experience
I am a Ph.D. Candidate at UGA and care for faculty, friend, and student big dogs, small dogs, and cats of all ages for up to two weeks at a time. A pet owner myself, I know separation can be difficult. My goal is to maintain as much peace of mind for you as possible via active and discerning care for your pet(s) and property. I provide daily updates, photos, and give at least one joint massage to any four-legged friend who will let me. My regular senior dog sit Winston (a Brussels Griffon, pictured) has joint pain and rates these 5/5 paws! :) Prices are negotiable for extended stays. Jordan has become my go-to guy whenever I need katie taken cared of. She might not be able to talk, but I can tell she’s happy after Jordan visits. He takes care of my mail whenever he stays overnight, makes sure the house is in order and when he leaves I can barely tell he’s been here. My home is just as I left it, but with one happier dog. I have come to trust him to be there when I can’t. I fully recommend him.

A typical day
I am 6'1, 185#, and lift heavy, so rambunctious walks, runs, fetch, and tug-o-war are no problem. For extended stays I try to get at least one trip to the Southeast Clarke Park track if permitted. EMERGENCY EXPERIENCE: I was dog sitting during the 7/21/18 Athens hailstorm (tornado?) and made it to the pantry closet with 3 dogs as the house took a direct hit with tree, roof, car, and glass damage all around us. I reported property damage to the owner immediately and kept dogs calm all night since power and A/C were out. When I care for your pets, I mean it. I treat them like my own and get them to safety!
