Pet care experience
For over a decade, friends and neighbors have counted on me time and time again to take care of their dogs, from youngins to seniors, teeny tiny to big! I had a family dog named Dottie who died a few years ago at the age of 16. Also, I own a horse and over the last 14 years have boarded her at a barn that has plenty of other animals, including many many dogs (right now a chihuahua and 3 Great Danes!) Needless to say, I can’t remember a time I wasn’t without an animal nearby. I am very detail oriented and take pride in making sure that the animals I am responsible for are well taken care of. If they need special food, medicine, or exercise regimens I will take great care to pay attention to that. I also am very accommodating and will work very hard to have availability for your fur baby!

Jordan is amazing! My dog absolutely loves her. She's great at communicating with scheduling and always lets me know if she notices anything unusual with my fur baby. My dog is old and prefers cuddling to walks, but Jordan manages to coax her outside for at least a little bit each time and then gives her plenty of cuddles!
Jordan was EXCELLENT! my dog is older, blind and diabetic so it’s hard for him to leave home. She came over for a meet and greet- did a couple drop ins for me and did everything I asked for without any issues. I will certainly rebook her as much as I can!
Jordan cared for shy little Dobby like he was her own! Hoping for many more play dates in the future!

I live on the ground floor of a small, quiet apartment building. This means easy access to getting outside! My building is pet friendly and the other tenants love the dogs I usually have at my home when I am dog sitting them. I am surrounded by grass, walking paths/trails, and parks, so plenty of opportunities for walks and plays.

Let me know if any special needs or accommodations for your dog. I am comfortable with administering medications, and have experience with dogs with lengthy food orders! Sometimes I will have other dogs with me that I am watching, so knowing how your dog does with other dogs or humans is important.
A typical day
I have handled dogs of all kinds of energy levels, ans I’m all about physical and mental stimulation for the doggos who need it. I live very close to a lot of parks, and countless walking paths and trails, which I love exploring, and having a furry friend to come with me will be so fun! I’ve also picked up a bunch of ideas of mental stimulation games and tricks over the years to do with your dog to keep them busy. I love a good cuddle, which is always welcome and encouraged if your dog is a cuddler too!

Availability
I am currently working from home and am usually very flexible with hours, so I have plenty of time for play and exercise with your doggos! I am usually able to step out for a walk or check in during the day, and I usually have free evenings and would love to spend my free time giving your pups all of the love, attention, and plays they deserve! I have weekend availability on and off as well, along with some holidays.
