Jordan was everything we could have hoped for in a boarding experience for our furry kids. Jordan was very responsive from our initial contact and was very willing and eager to set up a couple of meet and greets prior to our vacation to ensure familiarity. Jordan was very attentive to our dogs needs and helped them feel at home and cared for while we were gone. We received updates, photos, and videos of our dogs regularly, we could see they were comfortable, healthy, and happy, making it easy for us to enjoy our vacation knowing they were in such good hands. I would recommend Jordan to anyone looking for boarding services. We explored several options prior to our vacation and couldn’t be happier with our decision to work with Jordan and the overall experience.
