Hello! We are a newly engaged couple and loving our last two years as Rover sitters. Tegan currently works from home as a software engineer and I work as a musician and bartender. Our lifestyles are active and we enjoy spending our days outside at the park or at home. We take frequent walks around our neighborhood and have plenty of room to play inside the house as well as the fenced in backyard. We intend to care for and love your dogs/cats just as much as we love our own. I understand what it’s like sending your fur baby off. You will have peace of mind when they’re with us. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions! Pet care fits right in to our daily routine as we already have our own dog to entertain and look after. We can’t wait to find friends for her. All pets receive extra love and care once they enter our home. We make sure the environment does not have a lot of stimulation at first so as to make them comfortable. Every dog is different! And we love learning how each one needs to be loved. Tegan is home all day. I leave variably for 7 hour work shifts throughout the week. The only time we leave together is for the gym, grocery shopping and/or evening events. We care for animals by making sure the change in their routine does not shock them. I am constantly communicating with the dogs to let them know what’s next. We keep a close eye on them the first day as that tends to be their most anxious time. We make sure to give them lots of calming words, pets, sniffs & walks to let them know we are loving care takers.
