I appreciate that my pets were not alone all night and were fed, but both the dog and cat were fed cat food, despite the fact that the can of food has a picture of a cat on it, and the dog food is in the other side of the same cabinet. That combined with the fact that all of the empty food cans and other trash were thrown into the black trashcan outside rather than placing the empty cans and her personal trash in the kitchen trashcan under the sink make me hesitant to book Jordan again. Even though I had to dig through the outdoor trash to get this all out and into an actual trash bag, my issue isn't with the trash or even necessarily the food directly. My bigger concern is that I wasn't contacted with any questions, and the cabinet with the dog food was literally right beside the cabinet with the cat food. All that would have had to happen was to move her hand 4 inches to the left. I don't know if it was laziness or lack of attention, but if she wasn't paying enough attention to find a trashcan and dog food in a 600 sq ft home, I don't feel comfortable that she would notice if something were wrong with one of my pets. I thank Jordan for keeping them alive, but I won't be booking her again.

Jordan is my go-to for watching my pup. He is hard to handle at times because of his energy but she always takes care of him with patience. Her love for dogs is obvious and it makes me happy knowing my pup is in the care of her hands. 10/10
