This review is way overdue and for all the number of times i forgot to write a review for Jono... He is truly attentive and remembers my dogs, their routines, medications they are on, which collar belongs to each dog and every small detail only people who actually take the time to get to know your pet would know even after their stay. Jono made me feel at ease leaving them with him for over a week at a time not by sending me pictures every hour of the day but by really taking the time to exercise them, learn their habits & getting to truly know their needs. As a dilligent pet parent of two, who used rover many times throughout every year, you can see what your pet is feeling by looking at their expressions in the photos & feedback you get during their stay and small details about your pet only you would know as a parent. My girls always came back with a slimmer fit figure and their doggy sloppy smile! It also definetely helps he has a back yard just for their frequent bathroom breaks and just to sun bathe without their leash. Thanks for allowing them in your bed /furniture to cuddle during cold temperature and still have a sense of humor even with their toxic gas! I highly recommend Jono and he is our go-to person for every stay!

Jono was A+. He has a kind and gentle manner. Murphy was very comfortable there and we were very comfortable leaving him there.
