Jonathan and Lauren watched our two dogs again for a week and were absolutely amazing. They sent constant updates, communications, videos and pictures and followed all our requests including giving one of our dogs a new medication twice a day and checked in with us about her taking it. It was clear from all the photos and videos that our dogs were having the best time and were totally stress free and at ease. They took the dogs for long walks, played with them constantly and were totally tolerant of all their personality quirks. When our flight got delayed and we had to leave the dogs with Jonathan for an extra night at the very last minute, Jonathan was completely flexible and understanding and made a stressful situation so much easier for us. I would never hesitate to leave my dogs with Jonathan again, him and Lauren are excellent and trustworthy sitters and they go above and beyond to make their home a welcoming and comfortable environment for our dogs. Jonathan and Lauren took amazing care of Aspen while we were out of town. Since it was our first time leaving her, we were anxious at first but were pleasantly surprised by how quickly she settled in with them. Jonathan sent us photos and videos throughout her stay, and was quick to respond when we asked for an update. It put us at ease to see how comfortable she was and how much fun she had on their terrace. They were also very willing to take care of all her grooming needs and stuck to her regular daily routine. We'll definitely be leaving Aspen with them again the next time we're out of town.
