Hi I'm Jon! While I would love to have a dog of my own, I don't want to adopt just yet, as I will likely be moving out of the city in the next year or so. So instead, I get my dog time in by volunteering at shelters, hanging out with friends' dogs, and walking dogs through Rover :) I work remotely as a grant writer for a non-profit, so my schedule is very flexible; I will always be available to give your dog the attention he or she deserves. I live near two dog parks, as well as Crescent Park along the river in the Bywater, and would love to walk, run, or play with your pup in his or her favorite setting around my own neighborhood, or come by yours to do the same. Whatever is most convenient for you, just let me know!

Jon has been a good friend of mine for several years, and I can honestly say I don't know anyone with more compassion for animals. Jon is trustworthy, kind, and gentle in his demeanor (though he possesses the strength to walk up to 10 dogs at once). He has walked and jogged with my dog on several occasions, and he took excellent care of my dog and cat while I was out of town for a few weeks. A+ dogwalker and dogsitter
Jon took such good care of our Bichon while my husband and I were on vacation. We love our Blanchey so much and our friends say we spoil her lol. so I was worried we'd scare Jon away with her daily bathing routine... but he was so patient and sweet- he even sent us a daily picture of Blanche in the tub! We will definitely be calling Jon next time we leave town. Highly recommended!
My Great Dane is the hungriest dog ever. He eats and eats and never gets full! The only thing he likes more than eating is solving mysteries. And sometimes he gets in really big trouble, solving mysteries. One day Jon saved him from a local chef who secretly cooks dogs. Thank you Jon for saving my dog!
I grew up with Jon in Massachusetts and can attest to the genuine love and care with which he treated his family's dogs in rural MA. Later, in college, Jon had a wonderful cat named Tesla - Jon was one of my only friends' who was responsible and motivated enough to care for a pet in the midst of college life. I spent some time in NYC working as a professional dog walker, and I have confidence that Jon has the organization, energy, and most importantly! love of animals, required to do a wonderful job caring for your pet(s)
